Vending Factory Reseller License Agreement
Effective Date: 08/19/2025
Licensor: Crissy @Crissytutors (Instagram page) Vending Factory, LLC
Licensee: Any customer who purchases the Vending Factory Reseller License
By purchasing the Vending Factory Reseller License, you (the Licensee) are granted non-exclusive, non-transferable rights to market, promote, and sell the Vending Boss Course as your own digital product.
You may:
Resell the course to unlimited customers
Set your own pricing
Market under your own brand (white-label friendly)
You may NOT:
Modify, alter, or rewrite the core training materials
Share the original files publicly (Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.)
Give away the course for free
Sell this license to other resellers (no re-distribution of license rights)
All intellectual property rights remain with Crissy Warren and Vending Factory. You are licensing the right to resell, but you do not own the product or its original materials.
Due to the digital and license-based nature of this product, all sales are final and non-refundable. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

You may:
Add your own logo, links, and intro to marketing materials
Promote using your own sales page or checkout system
You may NOT:
Claim authorship of the original course content
Use the Vending Factory name, logo, or Crissy Warren’s likeness in a misleading way
By purchasing this license, you agree to:
Not misrepresent the product
Follow ethical marketing practices
Acknowledge this license may be revoked if these terms are violated
Violation of this agreement may result in:
Immediate termination of your license
Revocation of access to course materials
Legal action if necessary
